13 Jun Mango Goodness Smoothie
Mango Goodness Smoothie
1/2 frozen mango chunks, organic
15g fresh cilantro, organic
1/2 cup raw cashews, organic, soaked in purified water for 2-4 hours, rinsed thoroughly
1/2 teaspoon of chlorella, organic
juice of 1/2 lime or lemon, organic
150ml purified water
To make the Mango Goodness Smoothie:
Blend all ingredients together in your high-speed blender, place purified water first. I recommend a Vitamix to achieve the most creamy, silky, delicious texture. Turn the dial to 1 and slowly increase speed to 10. Blend for 30 seconds until desired consistency is reached
I suggest you make your own almond milk. By simply soaking raw almonds in filtered water for 8-12 hours or overnight the nutritional value is maximized and they are way easier to digest. Rinse almonds very well before blending.
Mango Goodness Smoothie is an ideal way to start your day. It’s delicious, refreshing and full of nourishing ingredients

This nutrient dense superfood’s benefits are numerous, to name a few:

Good reasons to add Chlorella to your daily food plan.
