This delicious autumn meal is full of wonderful health benefits:

Root Vegetables:
Are super nutrient-dense vegetables. Each root has it’s own characteristics, but they do share many of the same health properties. They are a great source of fiber and packed with antioxidants, iron, vitamin C, A and B vitamins.

As they absorb a great amount of nutrients from the soil I recommend you choose organic produce only

Turmeric (Curcuma):
Is a spice that has been used in Indian traditional medicine for thousands of years for positive effects on health. It is believed to have anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, strong antioxidant, antiviral, antimicrobial and anti-ageing properties that have a healing effect on numerous health problems – it helps reduce risks on heart disease, stimulates the immune system, treats indigestion, menstrual disorders.

Black pepper enhances the absorption of Turmeric!

Is a flavorful spice that has antimicrobial properties, great antioxidant potency and helps reduce blood sugar levels.

Coconut oil – pure raw organic virgin:
Is a superfood that has therapeutic and beauty care properties. It contains antioxidants, healthy antiviral, anti-fungal and antimicrobial saturated fatty acids which help fight off viruses and bacteria. Its medium chain fatty acids support the immune system, the nervous system, thyroid gland, the skin and boosts energy. It has an anti-aging effect and regulates the hormone production. It boosts metabolism and helps weight loss.
